Four museum exhibits consisting of ethnic art

Since 2016, the OLLI Art Club has offered social activities beyond OLLI classes, informing members of upcoming art events, arranging “meet-ups” at various exhibitions, and arranging lecturers on occasion.

Sept 10 - Speakeasy at Santa Rosa Art Center at A Street.
Linda L Reid and Kim Winter will read their poetry, 6-:6:30pm, followed by music and the Open Mic. Bring your work to read! This is a free event and lots of fun!

The Petaluma Arts Center is looking for volunteers!

They need people to greet visitors, make art gallery and gift shop transactions, sell memberships, and receive donations during our public open hours: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
from 12 – 4pm. A staff member is always on-site. Exhibitions change every two months, so you are surrounded by new artwork each time you come in. Not a bad way to spend some time. Send email to Chris Alexander - chris@petalumaartscenter.org

Sept 26 - go to the Healdsburg Art Center, outdoor art faire.
Artists will be in their booths, showing paintings, etc. Free event.

Healdsburg has 20 art galleries for you to enjoy.

The Art Club held a tour of Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s Running Fence exhibit at Sonoma County Museum. The show closes Nov 8, so still time to see this amazing piece of history!
